What are Vital Fit Meals?
Meals designed and cooked by award winning chef Adam Hegsted using as much local, seasonal products as possible. The meals are created to be nutritionally dense, lower in calories and fat and designed to make you feel energetic and healthy.

Where is your headquarters?
Our headquarters are in Spokane, WA with pick up areas at Presizion Nutrition on the Northside and Eat Good Café in Liberty Lake.

Where are your meals cooked?
In the Eat Good kitchen at Liberty Lake, Wa.

What different meal plans do you offer?
All shapes and sizes, whether it’s for a once a day meal/snack or food for the whole family.

To which areas of the country do you deliver?
Deliveries are available to Spokane County. Other surrounding areas please email [email protected] or call 509-703-7134 to set up your orders and delivery.

What time of day will carriers will deliver my meals?
11:30am – 5pm on Sundays.

What do I need to know before I order?
Just let us know of any allergies or preferences ahead of time. We make the meals to order and just need to be made aware to prevent anything from happening.

How do I order a Vital Fit subscription?
Click the link here and fill out the needed information. We will remind you each week to fill out your weekly meal plan or will just send the same meals if you would like.

How does the subscription process work?
Pick the Vital Fit membership that best suits you, then we will get your selected meals ready for pick up or delivery each week.

Am I obligated to continue receiving meals?
No. You can stop the subscription at any time.

How can I stop receiving meals from you?

Where can I find nutritional info for your meals?
All nutritionals are printed on the meals labels as well as on the website under each meal.

Ingredient list is listed on each meal label and on the website under each meal.

Do I have to exercise on your meal plan?
This is depends on your goals. If you are looking to lose weight and are eating less than your daily required calorie requirements you will most likely lose weight. However, we are not doctors nor nutritionists, so we cannot subscribe what your body needs specifically.

How many calories per day am I receiving with your meals?
Eat meal is labeled with the approximate calorie count and nutritional information.

When can I receive meals?
You can pick up meals at Presizion Nutrition on Sunday or have them delivered.

Which carrier/s do you use?
For local delivery we use Spokane Takeout and Delivery.

At what time of the day will the carrier deliver my meals?

How do you keep food fresh for me to eat?
Your food will stay fresh for at least 7 days under refrigeration. If you would like to keep them longer, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

How are my meals individually packaged?
Each meal is packaged individually in either a recyclable plastic container.

Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes, all of our packaging is made from a corn base and is recyclable. The cold food items are packed in compostable packaging.

Enjoying Your Meals!
All meals come with instructions printed on the label and vary from meal to snack. Some meals are ready to eat cold, some are best enjoyed hot. They can be microwaved or heated in the oven.

How many people does one meal feed?
This depends on your overall calorie needs and how hungry you are. A smaller portion is a good enough size to satiate an average person, a large portion is big enough to support someone who is very active, or very hungry.

What’s the difference between large and small?
Small meals are a lighter portion, which means less calories and less food. It depends on your overall calorie intake needs to see which size portion is best for you. They range from 12-16oz of food for smaller portion and 18-24oz for a larger portion.

Do you use all organic ingredients?
Yes and No. Most farmers that we work with use only organic ways of farming, but they are not certified. So yes, it is organic, no it is not certified organic. To get an organic certification is a long, expensive process that most small farms can’t afford to do. We think it is more important to know our farmers and for them to use best sustainable practices and overall land stewardship. We want to have the best, most nutrient dense products we can.

Do you offer vegetarian meals?
Yes, there is a small notation VG on each menu item that is vegetarian.

Do you offer vegan meals?
Yes, there is a small notation V on each menu item that is vegan.

Can I freeze my meals?
Yes, the entire package can be placed into the freezer. Food needs to be thawed before cooking.

How do I heat up my meals?
Foods have instructions on each one on how to heat. They can be cooked in the microwave for convenience or placed onto a pan and heated in the oven.

Can I heat my meals in an oven?
Yes, instructions are included.

How often am I charged for my meals?
Meals are charged for every Friday before Sunday delivery for subscriptions or when ordered if done through the website.

How much does delivery cost?
Cost of delivery to the Spokane region is $10. If items need to be shipped it will depend on where they are being delivered and how many are ordered.
